HERITAGE PARK

Heritage Park is a mixed-income 108 unit development in the City of Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida. The community was developed in partnership with non-profit Carrfour Supportive Housing and Green Mills Group. A portion of Heritage Park’s residences will be reserved for homeless or “at risk” individuals and families, and the community includes robust on-site amenities and professional property management. Carrfour will provide additional supportive services to Heritage Park’s residents.

Heritage Park was recommended for funding by Florida Housing Finance Corporation to receive a competitive 9% tax credit allocation and SAIL/ELI subsidies in Spring of 2018. Financial closing and groundbreaking occurred in late 2019. The development completed construction in 2021 and maintains full occupancy.
