Heritage Grove will be a $22MM+ new construction, garden-style affordable housing community with 54 units in St. Petersburg, Florida. Residents will have access to various neighborhood amenities and will enjoy a clubroom, game room, interactive library, gym, and more. Construction will meet or exceed the NGBS “green” certification requirements. Management and maintenance will be provided by dedicated staff on site.

Green Mills competed in a competitive local Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and was awarded land development rights and subsidy from the City of St. Petersburg. The development then competed in and was awarded competitive Florida Housing subsidies, including SAIL, ELI, and HOME funds. Financial closing and groundbreaking are expected to occur in Q1 2027 and construction completion is anticipated in mid 2028.
