SEVEN ON SEVENTH

Co-developed by Green Mills Group and Broward Partnership for the Homeless (“BPHI”), Seven on Seventh will provide 72 affordable residences to formerly homeless and low-income households of Fort Lauderdale. Located just minutes from vibrant downtown Fort Lauderdale, residents will have access to a clubroom, game room, interactive library, gym, and onsite laundry. Construction will meet or exceed the NGBS green certification requirements.

Seven on Seventh is also an extension of the existing, award-winning Broward County Central Homeless Assistance Center (“CHAC”), operated by Broward Partnership. Half of the 72 apartment homes will be reserved for formerly homeless and at-risk residents, some of whom will be BPHI clients ready for permanent supportive housing. The campus, and BPHI’s best-in-class operation, will provide those residents with comprehensive services.

The property was leased from BPHI and Green Mills serves as the lead developer and managing partner. Our team secured a competitive 9% tax credit allocation and SAIL/ELI subsidies from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation in the spring of 2019. Construction commenced in the Summer of 2021.
