Co-developed by Green Mills Group and Union Congregational United Church of Christ (“UCC”), Peace Village will provide 104 affordable residences to senior households of West Palm Beach, FL. Residents will have access to a clubroom, game room, computer library, pool, gym, and on-site management/maintenance. Construction will meet or exceed the NGBS ‘green’ certification requirements.

Green Mills serves as the lead developer and managing partner.  UCC is the land lessor, co-developer, and co-GP. Our team is currently in the initial application stages and is hoping to secure a competitive 9% tax credit allocation from Florida Housing Finance Corporation in the near future.
