Burlington Place is new construction, 53 unit affordable housing community in the City of St. Petersburg’s Historic Kenwood neighborhood. The mid-rise property is “green” certified and has many on-site amenities, including, a fitness center, a library, community spaces, and professional management. 60 roof top solar panels capable of producing 17 Kwh of electricty were installed.

Green Mills acquired the vacant property from a private land seller, serves as the lead developer and managing partner. Burlington Place was awarded a competitive 9% tax credit allocation from Florida Housing Finance Corporation in May 2015. Financial closing and groundbreaking occurred in the first quarter of 2016.
